Message from Dr. Deirdre Guyton, Bluefield State University:

Mrs. Lottie Bernice Grant Harmon received a Standard Normal Diploma from Bluefield State Teachers College in 1934.  I have included the only thing that I found which was a Graduation Program from that year.   She graduated as Lottie Bernice Harmon.
